R&L Healthcare Phlebotomy and CNA Training School, LLC offers Nurse Aide, Personal Care Aide, Phlebotomy Technician, and CPR Training courses in Little Rock, Arkansas. We are a Regional Nurse Aide Testing Facility for Headmaster. We offer both face-to-face instruction and online training for our Clinical Medical Assistant and our Phlebotomy Technician Program. Students are expected to perform taught skills and complete an exit exam with at least a 75% accuracy rate.

Sondra is an experienced Registered Nurse with more than 15 years of hospital, home health, and primary care experience. Sondra has experience as a supervisor and Assistant Director of nursing in both psychiatric hospital and long-term care environments. Sondra is currently the Administrator for her in-home care business and has worked in many sectors of the nursing profession, including long term care, psychiatric, and medical surgical nursing.
Sondra received her R.N. from Southeast Arkansas College. Knowledge is essential when it comes to caring for people. My goal is to provide the importance of knowledge through education.
